As far as Red China is concerned, many Soviet leaders - including
Malinovsky and Molotov - expressed concern. The trend of the Chi¬
nese was noted to eliminate Russian technicians and to replace them
by their own peoples as well as the increasing Mao worship, which
replaces the lenin¢Stalin worshipe 4ncreasingly Red China is beco=
ming a first rate power, which wants to deal with Moscow on a foot
of equality. Under these conditions it was decided, that under no
conditions should the USSR enter a war with the United States, un=¬

As soon as India will be in the right shape, events will proceed
at a fagt pace, until Red China is involved in the fighting with
the USA.
