Under the pretense of maneuvers and of instruetion#, the Russian divisions in Hungary have been kept in continuous movement, The most important change oecwred in April. At that moment, Russian units, re-inforced by troops that had been stationed in Austria, were transferred from the border line of the Austrian provinee of Burgenland to the inner part of thé country, Only very small Russian detachments remained for police purposes along the Western frontier.
